運送方式

成功確定款項的訂單,大部份將會於兩個工作天內安排付運。若您選用及當訂單交予我們建議的貨運公司開始付運,我們會代發出「訂單付運通知」電郵給您;「訂單付運通知」電郵一般會在您的確定訂單後2至4個工作天內收到。電郵內將會細明有關送貨內容、訂單追蹤號碼及郵遞公司的網頁連結以便您進行線上查詢服務。其他關於本地速遞服務/門市自取的詳情,請到以下網址查看。

 

退換貨說明不可退回的產品

 • 產品收貨期已超過30天。

 • 產品已經開封或曾被使用(例如包裝膠紙或盒被撕去)。

 • 產品並未保持完好包裝、已受破壞、損毀或不完整。

• 不設退款退貨清貨產品或特賣產品。

We will send a Dispatch Notification email on behalf our forwarder to you after the forwarder has dispatched your order. The majority of our orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days after the payment is verified. You can expect to receive this email within 2 – 4 business days after you have placed an order. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order. Non-returnable items

• Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.

• Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).

• Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
